Does the service time include setup?
No, setup time is not included in your service hours. Our team will arrive approximately one hour before your start time to set everything up at no extra cost.

Can we pause the service during the ceremony or march-in?
​ Our service hours run consecutively once started and cannot be paused or split.

We only need the photo booth for 1.5 hours. Can we get a discount?
Our packages start at a minimum of 2 hours, so we are unable to reduce the rate for shorter durations.

Can we change our booking time later on?
Yes! We will do a final confirmation with you one month before your event. As long as the change doesn't switch between a day and night session, adjusting the hours within the same day is absolutely fine.

How much space does the Photo Booth require? What are the technical needs?
Ideally, we need a 2.5m x 2.5m space with a dedicated power outlet within 3 meters. It is also best if the venue can provide one high table for the guestbook and one long table for the props.

How do we design the photo frame?
​We will provide you with a Canva link so you can easily customize and design your own print layouts.

When do we need to add a backdrop?
The venue just needs to have a simple, non-reflective wall or background. If your venue doesn't have a suitable spot, we recommend adding one of our backdrops.

Will the video guestbook files be individual clips or edited into one video?
All recordings will be provided as original, individual files. We will upload all the files to a Google Drive link for you to download.

Can we add an extra photo scrapbook for an additional fee?
Yes, absolutely! If you would like an extra guestbook, add-on price is $200/10pages, $350/20pages.

How do we choose between a standard or a large photo scrapbook?
It depends on your guest count. For standard and premium package included a 10 pages photo scrapbook. If you know your family and friends love taking photos, upgrade to 20 pages photo scrapbook is $150.

How many photos can fit in the scrapbook?
The scrapbook usually has 10 pages (20 sides). For 6″x2″ photo strips, up to four photos can be placed on each page. For 6″x4″ photos, up to two photos can be placed on each page.

The actual number may vary depending on how many guests take photos and leave messages. For a two-hour service, even with 6″x2″ photo strips, the scrapbook may not always be filled completely. This depends on the number of guests and their level of participation.

​Will each person receive a printed photo?
Yes. We print photos according to the number of people in each photo.

If a scrapbook is included, will there be an additional print for the scrapbook?
Yes. An extra copy will be printed for guests to place in the scrapbook. However, once the scrapbook is full, no additional copy will be printed for the scrapbook.
